Who we are
This website is operated by Cardiovascular Regulatory Advisors, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("CVRA", "we"). Questions about this policy go to info@cvregulatoryadvisors.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the information you enter: your name, work email address, company, the stage of your program, and your message. We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to set up the engagement. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. These are used to operate the site, keep it secure, and diagnose faults.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not currently use analytics or set cookies for tracking. If we add analytics that sets a cookie, we will ask for your consent first and you will be able to decline without losing any part of the site. A preference you set is stored in your browser and not sent to us.
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Vercel. Contact form messages are delivered to us by a transactional email provider and then held in our email system. These providers process the data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months of our last exchange. Records of client engagements are kept for as long as our professional and legal obligations require.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable form. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights arise under the General Data Protection Regulation and you may also complain to your supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that Act.

International transfers
We are a United States company and process information in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred here.
Client confidentiality
Information you share with us as a client, including technical information about your device and your regulatory program, is governed by the confidentiality terms of your engagement agreement, not by this policy. That agreement takes precedence for that information. Our commitments on client confidentiality are set out in how we handle your information.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
